Concept Statement
This community hub aims to be the heart of the Baton Rouge community, a place where people can come together to experience the best of Louisiana’s music, food, and culture. Located on the banks of the Mississippi River, it is a vibrant and welcoming space that celebrates our unique history and diversity of our community. The music hall will be a showcase for local and regional musicians, providing a space for live performances and cultural events. The dining hall will offer a taste of the Louisiana’s rich culinary traditions, with a focus on fresh, locally-sourced ingredients and a welcoming atmosphere that encourages people to linger and connect. In addition to the music and dining halls, this hub will also offer office spaces for the local businesses and organizations, providing a space for entrepreneurship and community development. Above all, this hub will be a safe inclusive space where all people are welcome.

Ice cream bar, arcade space, storage, and upper deck to music hall.
